Heavy Commercial Reverse Osmosis System
The PWHC40 Series is a line of low-energy reverse osmosis (RO) systems engineered for heavy commercial use, offering scalable water purification capacities from 2,000 to 20,000 gallons per day. Each model is built on a durable powder-coated frame and designed for seamless integration into 230V commercial-grade electrical infrastructure. These systems are ideal for demanding applications such as boiler feed, food and beverage production, pharmaceuticals, medical facilities, hotels, hospitals, universities, municipal water treatment, and mining operations. Key features include a multistage centrifugal pump, pre-filter and liquid-filled pump pressure gauges, FRP pressure vessels with ultra-low energy membranes, and flow meters for product, reject, and recycle streams.
A total dissolved solids (TDS) monitor provides real-time water quality tracking, while a digital controller and microprocessor-based low-pressure protection ensure advanced control and reliability.
