Light Commercial RO System
The LC-40 series comprises six low-energy, skid-mounted, floor-mounted light commercial reverse osmosis systems, each engineered to deliver reliable water purification across a range of capacities from 2,500 to 20,000 gallons per day. These systems are built on durable powder-coated frames and are ideal for a wide variety of applications including boiler feed, humidifiers, steam sterilizers, greenhouses, process water, electronics manufacturing, and spot-free car washing. Despite differences in output, all models share a consistent set of high-performance features: a pre-filter pressure gauge, multistage centrifugal pump, low-pressure protection with microprocessor auto reset, digital controller with display, tank level input, liquid-filled pump pressure gauge, and FRP pressure vessels fitted with ultra-low energy membranes.
Each system also includes flow meters for product, reject, and recycle streams, along with a total dissolved solids (TDS) monitor to ensure precise water quality management. Designed to operate on 230V, these RO systems integrate seamlessly with commercial-grade electrical infrastructure, offering dependable performance in demanding environments.
