Pure Water Commercial Micro Z Filtration Systems with Auto Backwash, 1 1/2 IN LOCKSMITH Control Valve, 2 to 10 Cubic FT, Micro Z Media, Flow Rates up to 47 GPM
The PWML15 Series provides high-capacity sediment filtration for commercial systems requiring elevated flow rates and throughput. With system configurations ranging from 2 to 10 cubic feet and flow rates up to approximately 47 GPM, it is designed to efficiently remove suspended solids while maintaining consistent fine filtration performance. The system utilizes a specialized sediment filtration media Micro Z(TM) that offers a nominal particle reduction rating of 3 to 5 microns compared to 15-30 microns for conventional backwashable media. The larger valve design supports higher flow demands, and rugged fiberglass-reinforced plastic tank construction ensures durability in challenging environments.
Each system is equipped with the Watts LOCKSMITH control valve featuring advanced electronic programming that improves backwashing efficiency, cleans the media bed effectively, and helps conserve water. The control valve is manufactured from high‑tech materials and engineered for reliable performance in demanding environments.
