This 3/4 inch ID male quick disconnect nipple attaches to the female quick disconnect coupling. The SnapFast (TM) quick disconnect fittings feature a push-to-connect feature which allows the coupling's components to be joined quickly by simply pushing them together until they snap into place. The nipple must always be on the appliance side, attached to the appliance stubout or external regulator. This enables the operator to move the equipment away from the wall in an equipment line-up and safely disconnect the gas connector from the back side of the appliance.
