825YA
Small Footprint N-Shaped Reduced Pressure Zone Assembly Backflow Preventers with Flood Sensor
Series 825YA Reduced Pressure Zone assemblies feature a flood sensor using SentryPlus Alert® technology to detect continuous discharge from the relief valve. When paired with an add on connection kit, the sensor is activated to relay alerts for potential flooding events. Connection kit options include BMS, cellular communication, and the Sensor Control Monitor which enables integration with BAS via RS-485 Modbus or the Nexa® platform through Wi-Fi.
This series prevents the reverse flow of contaminated water caused by backsiphonage or backpressure from entering the potable water supply. Ideal for protection at health hazard cross-connections in water services to industrial plants, hospitals, morgues, mortuaries, and chemical plants. Applications also extend to irrigation systems, boiler feeds, water lines, and other installations requiring the highest level of mechanical protection. End connection specified NPT ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.
